custom millwork for a jewelry designer - fall 2018

PROJECT:
This project challenged the student to create a custom mill-work piece for a client. As a jewelry designer, the mill-work has elements catered to elevate the productivity of the designer and to cultivate an environment for maximum protection of the jewelry.  

CONCEPT:
The workstation maximizes potential design outcome through clean and simplistic mill-work design. The extra cabinets and drawers in this custom piece provide felt-lined storage, specifically to protect the precious jewelry inside. The side shelving provides an organized form of display for jewelry and other items.
