PROJECT: The Casillas Family, amongst many families affected by the tragedy of Hurricane Harvey in August of 2017, needed many aspects of their coastal home repaired and rebuilt. As my first real client, and built project, my family served as a vessel to allow my education about interior design and technical drawings come to life. The media station is built with 4 niches to house TV machinery and accessories. The Bourbon Bar is located on the second level of the house. Seamless glass shelving, a specified ice maker, mini refrigerator and sink were designed around the natural beauty of the bourbon bottle.
